Our ClubThe world's Rotary clubs meet weekly and are open to all cultures, races, and creeds. Austin University Area Rotary Club is one of the sixteen Rotary clubs in the Austin metropolitan area. The Club meets on Monday evenings, 6:15 pm at the University of Texas Club. The club is located on the sixth and seventh floors of the East Side of Darrell K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium on the University of Texas campus. | ||

Our club meetings provide relaxed atmosphere for fellowship among the clubmembers, their guests and visiting Rotarians. The Club has outstanding speakers that provide intellectually stimulating programs. Our club members are active participants in humanitarian projects in the community, and collectively believe in the Rotary mission to provide service to others, to promote high ethical standards, and to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through its fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders. |

Service Above Self Award |

The Rotary International Service Above Self Award is an internationally competitive award granted to a limited number of Rotarians per year who are examples of Service Above Self. The recepients must have demonstrated exemplary humanitarian service with an emphasis on personal volunteer efforts and active involvement in helping others through Rotary. Two of our members, Clift Price and Paul Fisher have been honored with Service Above Self Award by Rotary. |

District Roll of FameThe Roll of Fame, awarded by our Rotary District 5870, is awarded to Rotarians for service to their club and to Rotary.
